Delivery Information:

All orders are generally despatched within 2-3 working days from order.

Standard Parcel Services:

• Small items are sent by either Royal Mail Large Letter or Royal Mail Small Parcel Service.
• Larger items from stock depending on weight will either be sent by Evri Parcel Service or DHL.
• Orders for aluminium extrusions will be sent direct from our supplier within 2-3 working days from order.

Please check for any damage upon delivery as claims cannot be processed without signing the note "Damaged" Without this both ourselves and our carriers will assume the delivery was received in good condition.

Collecting from Store:

You are more than welcome to collect your order from our Midlands based warehouse, please contact our sales team before ordering online to confirm that we have stock available and ready to collect.
